At the moment, The Vale Primary Academy has two Equality & Diversity targets which underpin elements of the Academy Development Plan:

(i) Narrowing attainment gaps for pupils in particular groups e.g. those on free school meals, those identified as having special educational needs; 

(ii) Improving school attendance.
